This patch will allow the user to create a security record with an
instance value of ‘*’ (sans quotes). The ‘*’ record will allow
all users added to that security record access to ALL of the items or
customers depending on the function.

This patch contains two programs:wdmsec3x.p and wdmsec1x.p.
